At 7eazio, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence.


🔁 Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Returned with original packaging and tags

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any headwear (including hats and skull caps) that shows signs of wear.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn or used items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Any item returned without original packaging

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or full refund.


🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
